ABOUT ME
Kris Weaver, B.A., & Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Hi, I'm Kristin - or Kris! (She/her). I'm an Ontario based Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I believe that healing starts with safety, and I strive to provide that space to all of my clients where we can explore and understand all the parts that make you who you are.

Maybe you're caught in cycles of negative thoughts, self-doubt, or struggles with how you view yourself. Perhaps past trauma or difficult experiences are still affecting you today, making it hard to feel at peace. You might find yourself feeling disconnected, wondering, “Who even am I anymore?". Whether you’re looking to develop tools to better manage your emotions, tackle life’s obstacles, or reconnect with what truly matters to you, I’m here to support your growth and help you create meaning and lasting change.

I have experience working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, self esteem, body image, LGBTQIA2S+ issues, trauma, ADHD and autism. Whether you are needing tangible coping skills or to heal from past trauma - I am here to walk this journey with you. I place great value on ensuring that our time together is in a judgment-free and supportive safe space that values and embraces your individuality.

When I'm not at Eras Therapy and Wellness I can be found writing poetry to reconnect with myself and foster a sense of ease. I also enjoy winter hikes to ground myself in nature.
